How long are your sessions?

I have found through best practice that allotting one hour sessions is a sufficient amount of time for individual therapy sessions. 90 minutes is recommended for couples

Do you accept my insurance?

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am paneled with most insurance types, however I recommend you calling your insurance to see if they cover the therapy service. If you have a high deductible plan for example, you may required to pay full fee or a deductible.

How long until I see results?

This depends on the extent of your symptoms. It is common to engage in therapy for 6 months to 1 year. Results are seen quicker with weekly sessions.
